At LATdx, we strive to provide a high-quality service and customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund for your subscription to LATdx under the following conditions:

  • 30-Day Refund Window: You can request a refund within 30 days from the date of your initial subscription payment.
  • Non-Usage: If you have not used the software or the features that require a paid subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Defective Software: If the software fails to function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may request a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Provide Proof of Issue: If your request is based on software defects or non-usage, please provide any necessary details or evidence to support your claim.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will:

  • Review your request and determine if it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • Process the refund, which may take up to 7 business days, depending on your payment method.
  • Notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If you request a refund after the 30-day refund window has passed.
  • If you have used the software extensively or have accessed paid features.
  • If your request is based on personal preferences or changing your mind after use.
  • If there are issues caused by your own actions, such as improper installation or misuse of the software.

5. Subscription Renewal

LATdx subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscription before the renewal, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

6. Cancellation and Refund After Renewal

If you have been charged for an automatic renewal and wish to cancel the subscription and request a refund:

  • You must request the refund within 30 days of the renewal date.
  • If you have used the software since the renewal, partial refunds may be offered depending on the circumstances.

7. Refunds for Promotional or Discounted Subscriptions

If you subscribed to LATdx using a promotional or discounted price, you are still eligible for a refund within the 30-day period, as long as the refund request adheres to our Refund Policy.

8. Changes to Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. By continuing to use LATdx after any modifications, you accept the updated terms.
